* Unlimited in reality doesn't always mean unlimited, and there are other factors that need consideration. Especially where a website isn't well optimised and causes issues due to the amount of CPU, RAM or disk I/O it is using. If this is excessive for a shared service and negatively impacting other users then other hosting options would be explored and you may be asked to move to a VPS.
